This beautiful crystal specimen of Wavellite came from my dad’s rock collection that was found in Arizona. Green crystals of little pointy wavellite in a tan matrix.
Wavellite is a classic radiating mineral, forming spectacular pinwheel aggregates emanating from a central core in spherulitic balls.
